Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of IBEW Local Union #45. In order to initiate the application process, please fulfill the following requirements:

1. Complete the Local 45 Membership Application and return it to our office via:

• Mail to 6350 Laurel Canyon Blvd, Suite 350 || North Hollywood, CA 91606
• Email to info@ibew45.org
• Fax to 323-466-1793

2. Submit your Initiation Fee by:

• Visiting our online payment portal
• Remitting a check or money order payable to IBEW Local 45
• Calling our office at 323-851-5515 with a major credit or debit card

Once your completed application and payment are received, they will be presented to our Executive Board for review and approval. Please allow up to 30 days to complete the application process.

As a member of Local 45, you will be required to pay dues to the union as long as you are working within the IBEW jurisdiction. If you are no longer employed by a shop under the IBEW jurisdiction, you can request to be placed on Honorary Withdrawal, which suspends your "active" membership in the union.
