Local Union #45 sends billing statements to members on a monthly basis however, “It is the obligation of the member to pay his or her monthly Base and Working dues.”
Official Receipts for dues payments (little yellow forms) will be sent to members throughout the year for your records and income tax purposes. If you do not receive one, please make sure your mailing address is correct with the Local or call the office immediately.
If you would like a statement of your account or want to resolve a union dues issue, please call the Dues Administrator, at (323) 851-5515 or (800) 332-2983.
Some employers offer the convenience of deducting union dues via payroll. Please contact your employer to see if this service is available. Two Authorization Forms must be signed and provided to the Local Union Office before the dues deductions process can begin.
