CBS2/KCAL9 has an immediate opening for a News Photographer/Editor for the Los Angeles Duopoly. The News Photographer/Editor is responsible for working as a team with the reporters and producers gathering visual content and operationg equipment for the KCBS/KCAL9 News Operation. Candidate must: 1) Safely operate news gathering equipment throughout Southern California, 2) Edit stories quickly and accurately (in-house or field), 3) Comply with News Operation and Cal OSHA safety standards - SNG truck operation skills a plus

Job: VIDEO JOURNALIST/Live Van Operator
Department: NEWS
Reports to: NEWS DIRECTOR
REGULAR FULL TIME UNION POSITION

-Must have a minimum of three years of daily television news experience in shooting and reporting stories
- A superior ability to originate, research, write, shoot, produce and edit stories
- Position may require employee to work early morning or late-night shift

Job:STUDIO/REMOTE TECHNICIAN (ROSS OVERDRIVE) 2 Positions
Department: NEWS
Reports to: NEWS DIRECTOR
REGULAR FULL TIME UNION POSITION
Applicant should submit a current resume and references
Operation of Ross OverDrive equipment, audio board operator, Stage Manager or other duties as assigned to execute KRON 4 Newscasts and studio/remote productions
Applicants must have demonstrable automate production, directing and technical directing experience
Working knowledge of ENPS, MOS commands, chyron, video server experience preferred
Must be able to work all hours and days
This position is under the jurisdiction of IBEW (union)
